Manhattan Single Barrel Cocktail Program:
Ocho is extremely proud to have been included in the Single Barrel Cocktail Program at Manhattan. Brand Ambassadors Jesse and James Estes (pictured above with Cedric Mendoza and Bar Manager Philip Bischoff) travelled to Singapore for the Barrel Filling and to do a Guest Bartending Shift.
This one-off Ocho bottled cocktail will be available soon in limited quantities at Manhattan, located at the Regent Hotel in Singapore.
Jesse and James also got behind the stick at Crackerjack and Junior while in Singapore. Click here to see more photos.

Where We’re Drinking This Month
Normandie Club/Walker Inn
One of our favourite bars in LA, the Normandie Club has great music and highly skilled bar staff, who of course will mix you up some delicious Tequila Ocho cocktails. If you’re in the mood for something a bit more experiemental, head to their ‘bar within a bar’ Walker Inn, for some truly groundbreaking cocktails. Their current menu is inspired by ‘One Day/Night At Sea’ and changes regularly. They also have a list of Classics, and make a mouthwateringly good Ocho Paloma.
Video of the month
This Spring, we launched the #ochoseries videos, featuring 3-4 minute long videos of Carlos and Tomas explaining each step of Ocho’s production process. Click here to watch Part 5: Fermentation.
Until next month – stay well & sipping good tequila,
