Los Sotano is an underground new-Mexican restaurant and speakeasy, located in the heart of Lan Kwai Fong. This hidden gem boasts a huge selection of agave spirits and sophisticated, fun design inspired by urban Mexico.
Rob Kariakin, the Beverage Director for the group, creates some wonderfully unique serves at the bar, including this Mangosteen Margarita: with Ocho Blanco, homemade mangosteen jam & fresh lime juice.

Bar Academy Athens interviewed them during their visit, but rather than coming up with their own interview questions, they asked their followers on Instagram to send questions in.
