- 45ml Tequila Ocho Añejo
- 15ml Kahlua or other coffee liqueur
- 120ml hot coffee
- 15ml demerara syrup (or to taste)
- 30ml chilled double cream
- Nutmeg, to garnish
Add all ingredients except cream in a Irish Coffee glass and stir to combine. Layer cream over top of the drink by using a warm spoon to pour cream onto top of drink. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
