Made by hand and heart, each bottle of Tequila Ocho is a taste of time and place, showcasing ‘terroir’ in tequila. From farming to distillation – we harvest only the ripest agaves and allowing the time necessary to ensure the finest possible outcome from the field to the glass. It is a process that ensures the most vivid expression of the Blue Weber agave plant in each bottle and is always 100% additive free.

Origins

Our story begins in 2008, when two men with a love for agave spirits came together with the single goal of proving the concept of terroir exists in tequila, inspired by the heritage and process surrounding fine wine. The famed Carlos Camarena, a fifth-generation farmer and third-generation tequilero teamed up with Tomas Estes, the man responsible for bringing tequila culture to Europe. Together, they developed a tequila that is the purest expression of the Blue Weber Agave; thus, Tequila Ocho was born.

Coarse Sea Salt, For The Rim Combine all the ingredients—except the sparkling water—in an ice-filled cocktail shaker, then shake to combine.. Strain into a salt-rimmed (if that’s your thing) highball glass filled with ice. Top off the drink with sparkling water and serve.
