The agave forward profile of the tequila takes on a new meaning, resting in barrels up to six months, three times as long as Ocho’s core Reposado expression. The distillery team blends only a couple dozen barrels at a time, utilizes a non-chill filtration, and bottles at cask strength, without dilution, at 50.5% abv
